Hage Enterprises a construction and development company that began building homes and developing land in 1970.
Over the past 3+ decades, Hage Enterprises has grown and expanded to become involved in many aspects of the new home construction and subdivision development around the HRM (Halifax Regional Municipality) in Nova Scotia.
This family owned and operated business, started by Maroun Hage in 1970, has since expanded to include Maroun’s children, Jamil and Lyla who work on the day-to-day operations while continuing to develop and expand the business with homes and land for sale.
Over the years, our portfolio has grown to include subdivision development including Cedar Court and Cedar Park in Prospect, Nova Scotia. Some properties feature oceanfront, ocean view or ocean access. Hage Enterprises’ portfolio includes new home construction for single-family housing, apartment buildings with multi-units and a senior’s building.
